The buyer must contact the freight company directly and arrange for collection or re-delivery. In the instance of re-delivery, an additional surcharge may apply. Out of Stock Products: We hold a wide range of stock in many warehouses around Australia with daily replenishment deliveries from all of our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the promised time frame, we will contact you within 24-48 hours and advise you with an updated ETA. We will also recommend an alternative product.

Returns (Change of mind):

Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense.

All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.

In transit Damages or Missing Goods:

If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online immediately of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. Please contact us in advance, if you need an item urgently or have any special requirements prior to placing your order.
