  1. Delivery Locations: We deliver to all Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. A surcharge may apply for WA, NT, TAS & some Remote and Regional Areas. Contact us before purchase for delivery cost confirmation.

  2. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY.

  3. Delivery Process: Delivery is to the door only. Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist the driver in unloading. Driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. Goods may be left without a signature if authorized.

  4. Missed Deliveries: If not at home during delivery, a note with courier details will be left. Contact the freight company for collection or re-delivery. Additional surcharge for re-delivery. 

  5. Delivery times: Metro & Outer Areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-9 business days. Regional areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-12 business. Note: Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

  6.  Out of Stock Products: We maintain a wide range of stock in multiple warehouses. If we can't fulfill your order within the promised time, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours with an updated ETA and recommend an alternative. 

 

Returns (Change of mind):
Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense. 

All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or  attempted to be installed.

 

In transit Damages or Missing Goods:

If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.

 

Delivery Policies:

Brands Direct Online deliver to all Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. However, a surcharge may apply for WA, NT, TAS & some Remote and Regional Areas, please contact us with your Address (postcode included).

 

  • Only ship within Australia.
  • Delivery is via Australia Post or Third party couriers such as Direct Freight, Jets Couriers, Startrack and TNT/Fedex Australia.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM ONLY, DELIVERY IS TO DOOR ONLY
  • Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist driver in unloading, the delivery driver will not carry large items up or downstairs
  • Products must be signed for at time of delivery. Alternatively, buyer may request an authority to leave (ATL) your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • Any "out of stock" items will be back ordered and you will be advised of an ETA at time of purchase.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to a PO BOX.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times vary depending on locations.
  • Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
  • Please wait for your products to arrive before booking trades.
  • Please note that stock availability may be subject to fluctuation and delivery by suppliers.
  • Items will be dispatched once invoices have been paid in full.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods.  If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. Please contact us in advance, if you need an item urgently or have any special requirements prior to placing your order.
