Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

not being fit for purpose.

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

purchased to hold dog on large outdoor area and was perfect for situation. easy to put together and mobile for use in other areas 2 were purchased, 1 delivered by courier within a few days , but the other for some reason sent by australia post taking a month to arrive. both ordered and paid for on same order.
