We ship all orders via Australia Post using eParcel post with safe drop.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

Metro: 2-6 business days

Regional: 2-8 business days

On Trend Beauty will refund or exchange any damaged or faulty goods at no additional charge. Please contact us with a description of the problem and provide clear images of the damage or fault to enable us to provide your refund or exchange.

If the item is damaged through misuse, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

We will happily accept change of mind returns; however, we must be notified within 14 days and the item must be returned to us unopened, in its original packaging and unused. The customer will be required to pay for shipping costs on change of mind returns.
