Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:
normal wear and tear
damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:
repaired,
replaced, or
refunded

Lovely fence hangers for potted colour, very happy with this purchase 😀. The title description though was a little confusing, ie 1/3 Plant Hangers, I wasn’t sure if I was ordering one but getting 3 … but it is each. I did order 3 which I needed but wasn’t sure if 9 would arrive. Maybe just changing the title would avoid ordering confusion.

The hanging pot holders are good quality, I have not used them as yet, but looking forward to doing so, they will look good where I intend to place them.

Best ever plant stand fits larger pots than normal plant stands do and also keeps them upright so the water drains through evenly very important in keeping plants hydrated properly. Am so happy that I want to order more, please get more stock in threes as it is more economical. Love these pot holders highly recommend! Thank you
