Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:

damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

Very happy with the shoe rack. It was easy to put together. Fits 40-50 shoes - depending on the sizes. I have placed it in an under-stairs storage area and it isa perfect space saver there. Strongly recommend it.

Purchased this item to cut down to size. All worked out perfectly. Surprised that plastics sleeves came with it for laying down on the shelves. Great idea.

Easy to assemble and it looks amazing. Just that it is not very stable i'd say. Perfect for shoes but not other heavy stuff like books or plants. But still, good value of money.
