You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The couch was advertised as being “soft and cozy” and “luxurious” - the seats are very firm and the backrest cushions are thinner than the pic on website. Very disappointed.
