Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:

not being fit for purpose.

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

I bought one of these for my own room and liked it so much that I purchased another for the guest bedroom.. My daughter admired so this third one is for her. They are light yet strong. They are not obtrusive in the room. They do the job well. Recommended.
