Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

not being fit for purpose.

commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person

I am very pleased with my purchase. However it wold have been more convenient to have the products delivered complete. I had 1 carton delivered Tuesday and the second carton delivered Thursday for one bed. This caused confusion as the other bed was delivered complete.
