1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Bought this massage chair for my parents and they seem to love it. I didn't think it would be strong enough for me as I usually get Thai massage at the shop (deep tissue), however this chair has surprised me. Just make sure you get the 3D version as it's more affective then the normal non 3D version. Delivery was on time too.

Very happy with the chair. From daily massages (which hurt a bit at first as the knots came out), my back has regained flexibility it has not known for years - which manifests in picking things up from the floor more easily, and walking with a longer stride. The exercise tracker tells me I now walk over 5.5kph in my daily 10k walk - around 5% faster, due to more back flexibility. Great chair - great massages.
