The cartridge shown may not be the cartridge you receive, however if the cartridge we are going to send you is of a poor condition we will contact you prior to dispatching your order to discuss.

Warranty Claims & Returns

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
