Expand the ports on your select Surface model with the Microsoft Surface Dock 2. Equipped with a Surface Connector and an integrated cable, the Surface Dock 2 provides four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, providing data transfer rates of up to 10 Gb/s. The two front USB Type-C ports provide up to 15W of power delivery while the two rear USB Type-C ports allow for 7.5W of power delivery. There are also two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, which also provides 10 Gb/s and 7.5W of power delivery. While your Surface model can connect wirelessly via Wi-Fi or LTE, you can opt for a reliable wired connection with the included Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 LAN jack on this dock. You can also connect headphones through the 3.5mm audio jack. Depending on the Surface model you connect, the Surface Dock 2 can support up to dual 4K displays at 60 Hz. Surface Dock 2 has a 199W power supply that provides the power you need while the Kensington lock slot keeps it secure.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
