We will be closed on the 25th – 26th Dec and 1st Jan. There will be no dispatches, and our Customer Service team will not operate on those dates.
Indicative cut-off date to place orders for delivery within Australia and New Zealand prior to Christmas:

Warranty Policy
All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

So happy I purchased this vacuum! Can turn it on and let it do it’s thing.. which does an excellent job. Has made vacuuming up my dogs hair daily so much easier.

It's great love it, struggles a bit with dog hair on carpet,cleans the tiles great. Yet to try the washing floor part. I'm still learning what it can do. Saves me heaps so time to do other things. 👍
