All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Mygenie picks up my dog’s hair really well. It goes under my sofa which I can’t reach. Fantastic.

I love my robot Genie vac! I have a cavalier King Charles (long hair), and 4 Ragdoll cats (also long hair) and me too!!😀 But this vac picks everything up - no more being annoyed at the floorboards looking dirty anymore - I press the bottom and it just goes and I get to do other things and come back to clean floors. My kitchen/dining/living room area is all open plane and about 20m long and 5m wide - the charge lasts for all of that area before it returns to the dock. Great run time - so happy I got it and a fantastic price! The bin is easy to remove and empty. Worth every cent and great on long pet hair.

Great pet hair vacuum! We have tiles and carpet areas and it’s been fantastic on both! Gets into tight areas well and around chair legs. 5 out of 5 from me!
