All products from ABM come with a 12-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Never lasts for a whole year. I have had 3 now and within 9 months they start giving problems. Definitely won't buy another one.

The robotic vacuum is easy to use but was not as strong as I expected. It had difficulty moving from timber to carpeted floors

It seems it doesn’t have any sensors as it It knocks on the furniture and walls, then goes offline when it’s stuck in a corner and can’t get itself out of the corner. Takes a long while to get itself in charge as it goes anticlockwise along the walls knocking on everything around the house searching for the charger and at time’s going out of charge before reaching the charging point. Guess you get what you pay for. ☹️

Love it does exactly what I need it to do and does a run through once a day. Having animals and kids means my floors needs this done daily such a huge help.
