All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

For the price point, this is a great little robo vac. Had one years ago that cost a lot more and this thing out performs. With 2 short haired dogs there’s always fur on the floor but this little machine runs every day for an hour and easily picks up 90% I’m sure the more expensive fancy ones do a better job but for $200 can’t really go wrong!!

Having broken my ankle recently I need all the help I can get to keep my floors clean. This robot vac really is a genie. Easy to set up and fascinating to watch . Good buy.

Really Great machine that cleans pretty well. Manages to correct itself if getting stuck and find its way back to the dock for charging. Wifi app connects and easy to use.Very happy with the purchase
