Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

This product is quite reliable, we used it nearly every day. I think it is worthy to recommend to the other people. But only one thing disappointed, it is a weak to clean the carpet. The Timber floor is quite excellent instead.

Love Love Love this product!!!! To have my floors vacuumed and mopped at the same time is a great timesaver. No cords, no mop or bucket. The recepticle to collect the dust when vacuuming could be larger as needs to be emptied often, otherwise extremely happy with the product. :) :)

Great machine, does the job well, gets under beds, low set benches etc. have learnt to set it first to go round walls, then set on turbo clean. (great entertainment watching antics, during lockdown.) one of the 2 units I bought was for a neighbour, who is very happy. Alan Hervey Bay, Qld.
