NETALLY LINKSPRINTER POCKET NETWORK TESTER

The LinkSprinter® Pocket Network Tester verifies functionality of copper Ethernet links and identifies errors in less than 10 seconds. The tester ensures network connectivity status and port information is documented for every link.

The comprehensive AutoTest measures PoE voltage; performs a switch link test; confirms the DHCP server is running and responsive; and verifies default gateway/router, an IP target, and cloud reachability. With the automated test results upload and annotation workflow to the secure Link-Live cloud portal, job supervisors can easily manage the progress of deployment and troubleshooting tasks of their team.

Discover the nearest switch name and port information via CDP/LLDP/EDP, and verify link speed/duplex and connectivity to TCP/IP networks.
Validate Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) voltage from power sourcing equipment (PSE) according to 802.3af/at standards.
Light weight, fit in your pocket and replaces the need to bring laptop to verify network connectivity.
Automate reporting and enable collaboration with result upload and management via Link-Live Cloud Services.

Results On Your Phone

LinkSprinter can be paired with a mobile device to reveal more information about the network test! First, connect to the LinkSprinter as a short-range Wi-Fi access point.
Then, open your browser on your mobile device and type in the address 172.16.9.9.
The webpage will allow you to view more detailed information, such as port name, model, server address, and more.
When connected with Link-Live, you can also add comments to your testing results for further documentation.

Cable Test

When paired with your mobile device, users can view a detailed depiction of the cable it is connected to, showing each cable pair, cable length, and any miswires such as opens, shorts, or split pairs.

Speed and Duplex

The LinkSprinter can test actual link speed against advertised speed of a switch.
The Link Test LED will turn yellow indicating a warning, and detail test results will show advertised verses actual link speed when a Gigabit Switch port is only capable of linking at 100Mbps.
Not being able to connect can be caused by an open, short or split pair.
Using the LinkSprinter, users can further troubleshoot the problem by performing a cable test.

Blink Light on Switch Port

Verify the connection path between the jack location and the switch port using the LinkSprinter.
LinkSprinter will identify the switch name and port number by analysing the CDP/LLDP packet from the switch.
The tester can blink the link light on the switch port it is connected to, allowing users to identify the full connection path.

Automated Test Results Management

Serving as a centralised test results and device management system, the free Link-Live cloud service transforms team workflows with the ability to quickly and easily log, document, and report test activity from all LinkSprinter, LinkRunner AT, LinkRunner G2, AirCheck G2, and OneTouch AT hand-held network testers.

Once the instrument is connected to the Link-Live Cloud service, your test results are automatically uploaded to the dashboard for project management and reporting.

You have the option of uploading additional files, screenshots, images, profiles, packet captures, location information, and comments anytime.

Also, certain NetAlly instruments with AllyCare Support can receive firmware updates "over the network" from Link-Live as they become available.

An API is available to retrieve and integrate data from Link-Live into other management platforms, such as your trouble-ticket application or network management system.

This gives you the ability to easily provide proof-of-performance and better manage jobs and staff efficiency.

This unified dashboard of both wired and Wi-Fi network connectivity results enables you to:

All our stock is kept in our Melbourne based warehouse. Our stock levels are also updated every 10 minutes! So if it says 10 units in stock, you can trust that it is accurate.

No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
At this stage we only use couriers and can only deliver to a road-side address. This means PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers cannot be accepted as StarTrack do not deliver to these addresses.
In instances where a PO Box or Parcel Locker address in entered, we may ask for an alternative road-side address, or cancel and refund your order immediately and urge you to replace your order with an alternative delivery address.

Delivery times
We typically dispatch our goods same day or next day. From there, you can expect 2 - 8 business days Australia wide. Most capital cities can expect 1-2 day delivery times.
Any RTS (Return to Sender) orders due to missing or incorrect address information entered by the buyer may incur an additional charge for redelivery.

RETURNS POLICY

To return goods we have delivered to you, please contact us within 30 days from the date you have received the item. A staff member will then assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.

Incorrectly Ordered/Change Of Mind:

Refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. However, if goods have been incorrectly ordered, at our discretion, customers may be credited less a restocking fee.

A change of mind return will only be accepted if:

The item is in a brand new, sealed and resaleable condition
We are contacted within 30 days of the item being received
The item is returned to us in a timely manner

Please note: For change of mind returns, the shipping cost and method is the customer's responsibility. We will not compensate any returns that are lost or damaged in transit to us. For some change of mind returns, a restocking fee may apply.

Faulty Items

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our store to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund. Replacements and refunds of new products that are damaged on delivery or faulty from new requires a proof of purchase of the product and be returned with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals included. Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your purchase. If we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to us will be at our cost and compensated.

Repairs

The product must be returned with proof of purchase, it must not be modified or mistreated in any way and it must not have been serviced elsewhere. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident. We may provide you with an approximate fee; this may vary due to reasons beyond our control. In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
