This versatile cast iron pan is perfect for many uses at home or on the camping. The pan fits all types of hobs, including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, solid fuel, and indcution cookers. It is also suitable for BBQ. The pan has been pre-treated and will guarantee years of dependable service.

The cast iron pan features a non-stick surface and is heat-conducting. For maintenance, make sure to follow the care instructions and tips. It should be cleaned with hot water and without detergent. It is not dishwasher-friendly.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
