As the chair mat is packaged in a roll up shape, it is recommended to put it under a heavy weight for 2-3 days to flatten it. If it is still rolled up, please run it with hot water and let it cool down (PVC's feature), then pull it outwards to flatten it.

Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

Wow, didn't expect the quality of this product I paid for so little. Quite impressed and just the right size too and as a result, I don't have to worry about the carpet being ruined with the chair's continuous movement. I might get another one for my son's home office.

apart from being rolled too tight for travel making it very hard to unroll to protect the carpet until the warmth loosened it.
