• Delivery provided Australia wide.

• Please allow 2-3 weeks to transit, depending on the areas. In most cases, it will be quicker.

• Please use the freight calculator for a delivery quote.

• For certain far remote courtry areas that courier service can not cover, they will call to arrange a drop point. Additional charge may apply.

• Courier will call and SMS before delivery to advise a day and time.

• Due to OH&S delivery can only be to the ground level / front door. Courier might need able person help to unload. Courier/Driver cannot help you take it through any sized flight of stairs; you will need to arrange people to be there if this is an issue.

• Freight charge applied for delivery to the CBD; please ensure there are capable people to help with the unloading of the truck and moving the product from the truck and the destination, as the driver will be unable to help if it is an office building. Please also ensure that there is suitable parking near the area. 

• All our tables come with free postage insurance and parts warranty.

Tanren Network Pty Ltd offers a 30-day return-exchange-refund policy on all products unopened or unused and returned in its original condition. Customers must present original sales receipt for all returns and exchanges.

- Please note these special specifications:

1) Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. 20% restocking fee will be charged.

2) For damaged or defective merchandise return, we'll refund the original price of the item.

3) The return policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, irregular maintenance and physical damages.
