This barbecue plate is constructed from Hight grade 304 stainless steel for added strength and comes available in a 480mm length with a 320mm width for easy positioning and compatibility with most barbecue brands. 

This Ideal BBQ hot plate also has a hole for the oil to drain into the drip tray under it. The size of the hole is 50mm x 10 mm.
