For starters, this weight bench has the ability to be placed into a flat, incline or decline position. These angles are extremely effective for targeting the muscles in your upper body, especially your chest, arms and shoulders. You can also change the angles of the seat to ensure you're exercising in the most optimal position.

By utilising the eight different angles the Body Iron Studio Utility FID Multi Bench has to offer, you'll be able to hit more intricate muscles, helping you achieve a sculpted and defined physique.

A leg stabiliser has also been attached to the front of the frame. This allows your legs to be locked into a secure position during decline exercises, reducing your risk of toppling over. The leg stabiliser also helps to recruit for lower body muscles during these exercises for additional lower body gains.

Some of our favourite strength focused exercises that can be performed with the Body Iron Studio Utility FID Multi Bench include, various presses, flies, rows and curls. These exercises are best performed with hex dumbbells, or a barbell and weight plates for resistance. 

Built with heavy-duty steel, powder coated paint, and a double-stitched vinyl cover on the upholstery, this weight bench is unsusceptible to wear and tear, giving you a premium, long-lasting product. Pair this with the thick upholstered foam pad and adjustable rollers, and you'll be training with maximum support, comfort and stability.

Wheels have been attached to the base of the bench, allowing for easy transportation around your gym.
