In the package:

1 pair of elastic laces + 1 pair of metal locking capsules

How to use:

1. Pass the end of the lace through the metal buckles.
2. Tie the knot, leaving a length of 3mm at the knot.
3. Cut off the rest of the lace and burn it.
4. Tighten the buckles until they are connected.

NOTES
