We currently ship to all locations within Australia.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries to metropolitan areas take 3-5 business days, while rural areas may take up to 7-10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We use a variety of trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, including Australia Post, TNT, Aramex Australia, Couriers Please and others.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in transit.

On Back Campers reserves the right for the final interpretation of the following Terms and Conditions. Our return policy does not apply to batteries, electronics, and custom orders.

Cancellations:

Your online orders are processed within 24 hours and can be cancelled before shipping information is provided.

Returns:

Once the order is delivered to you, you can claim to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all orders.

You are responsible for covering all shipping costs for the returned item. Postage is non-refundable.
