Important Note: The Omni Dual Roll Floor Head is not intended for use on carpets or rugs. For mixed flooring or carpeted areas, consider a different Dyson attachment designed for those surfaces.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.

Made well & a good design. Definitely ONLY for hard floors though, just got ‘stuck’ in the one spot on the mats/ floor rugs.
