soft and comfortable bed with good sized heating mat. Cats seem happy. not sure if it is safe if cat scratches the mat?? but heating mat looks fairly waterproof in case cat wets the bed. instructions unhelpful. Main issue is with the delivery couriers who took it to the wrong address and did not care. Fortunately, I door knocked my neighbours until I found it!! Please do not use Aramex couriers!
