For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

My dog loves it, she looks so cosy curled up in the bed. It the longest I’ve ever Seen her sleep at one time, so Loki must find it incredibly comfortable and warm.

My cat and two dogs all love taking turns in the new addition to their bedding choices. There is rarely a time day or night that it is not occupied. They do not mind that it is a large version of their original two snuggle beds and appear to like it as an option if they get too warm in either of the others.
