For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I have an older foxie who can’t jump up on my bed anymore. These stairs r fantastic for him & he’s up them with ease. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased the 4 steps and was a little hesitant as $100 was alot without knowing if they would support my 16kg dog. I'm very happy that I took the risk! My dog has always been fiercely independent but at almost 13 mobility isn't as easy for her as it used to be. These stairs have helped her maintain her independence, she took to them like a duck to water. Would highly recommend for any dog struggling to jump up. (I also crawled up them once, they can handle 54kgs but they did sink a fair bit under my weight 😅)

Was worried about the price and if the doggy would use it but this has been great! Took less than a day to train him to use the steps and now I don’t have to worry about him injuring himself jumping off my bed. Or pick him up onto the bed even though he can jump up!

Very happy with these stairs. Very light and easy to move but firm enough to support the dog. Not many products around that give you the extra height that these stairs provide. Highly recommend.
