Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I love the PaWz brand soft crate. Have owned the extra large for about 3 years now and my two cavoodles love it. I have just bought the large so that its fits better in our caravan. Both dogs love it and it can be used inside the van and outside in the shade or even to stop flies annoying the dogs. Plenty of air flow or you can fold the side flaps down on each side to keep it shady or whatever you like. Strong sturdy and easy to assemble and pack up.

Very light weight for travel. Wish it had a cover for the front entry, not just a fly screen. Pretty happy with it though.

I accidentally bought a giant size for my dog but he looooves it. It now takes pride of place in my lounge. Very good quality and I like the travel pockets

Very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. It has great ventilation due to the mesh on the sides and top which can be covered over and closed off. Pockets are great and very handy!
