Pokken Tournament can be played in a variety of modes:
Single Battles - you'll play against the CPU-you can choose from three difficulty levels, so everyone from beginners to advanced players can enjoy the challenge.
Local Battles - two players compete using one Wii U console. In this mode, one player will use the Wii U GamePad and the other player will use a Pokken Tournament-compatible controller (see list below). This configuration allows each player to see the action from their own perspective, with one person watching the TV screen and the other watching the action on the Wii U GamePad. Game images on the TV and GamePad screen during Local Battles will be displayed at 30 frames per second. (All other battle modes will display at 60 frames per second.)
Online Battles - you will be able to compete in Rank Matches and Friendly Matches. In Friendly Matches, you can easily battle other opponents, including people whose friend code you have registered. You can also battle people who have entered the same VS Code as you. In Rank Matches, you'll receive rank points based on the outcome of your matches. Compete to see who has the most rank points or the greater number of victories.
There is also a mode that allows you to connect two Wii U consoles together with a LAN cable to experience head-to-head action at a full 60 frames per second on separate TVs. In this mode, each player can use any compatible controller.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
