Shipping Details
We ship daily from our Perth warehouse and partner warehouses in capital cities around Australia, via various couriers. Orders are typically dispatched same or next business day after receiving the confirmed order.
- Please ensure you provide a street address that is attended weekdays, during business hours. A work/business address is recommended.
- Arranging re-delivery due to unattended premises, or any costs involved in re-delivery or pickup from a courier depot or collection point, is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you require delivery to a PO Box, Parcel Collect, Parcel Locker, please check with us before ordering as it is not always possible, and will depend on the delivery location, size/weight of the order and the warehouse location the order is shipping from.
Delivery times vary greatly, but as a general guide:
via Standard/Road Freight
- Same City is usually 1-2 business days
- Interstate Capital Cities is usually 2-6 business days
- Same State Regional/Remote is usually 2-6 business days
- Interstate Regional/Remote is usually 5-11 business days
- Extremely Remote areas may take up to 2-3 weeks
via Express/Air Freight
- Same City is usually 1-2 business days
- Interstate Capital Cities is usually 1-3 business days
- Same State Regional/Remote is usually 2-4 business days
- Interstate Regional/Remote is usually 3-5 business days
