We have tried to keep the shipping as minimal as possible. Buy bulk to save on shipping.

Australia - Flat $10 for orders (excluding Bulky Products) under $149 and Free above $150.

New Zealand - Flat $25 up to orders $199 and $15 above $200 (excluding Bulky Pruducts).

For Bulky products (Quilts/ Comforter/ Pillows) -

Australia - $12 Flat

New Zealand - $25 Flat

Once you have placed your order you will receive Order confirmation and Tracking number in your email when its processed within 4-7 business days.

We use Australia Post, Direct Freight & Courier Please as our shipping partner.

We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you purchased goods which are damaged or defective. the goods shall be replaced, repaired or refund will be offered to you for the amount of purchase.
