Return Policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, you can choose between a refund or an exchange if the goods are faulty, incorrect, missing, or damaged. If you encounter any of these issues, please take a picture immediately and contact us to request return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or agreed resolution.
Please Note:
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging and any accessories included.
If the items received are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which they were sent.
Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed acceptance by the customer of the items as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked and/or insured service.
