Return Policy:
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, you can choose between a refund or an exchange if the goods are faulty, incorrect, missing, or damaged. If you encounter any of these issues, please take a picture immediately and contact us via your MyDeal Account to request return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or agreed resolution.

To request a return, please contact us first, quoting your order number, and attach a photo/video of the fault. Please ensure you have emailed us before sending your item back - it makes the process easier.
