Return Policy:
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, you can choose between a refund or an exchange if the goods are faulty, incorrect, missing, or damaged. If you encounter any of these issues, please take a picture immediately and contact us via your MyDeal Account to request return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

  • Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging and any accessories included

  • If the items received are not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which they were sent.

  • Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed acceptance by the customer of the items as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered, and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

  • We do not accept responsibility for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse — we recommend using a tracked and/or insured service

  • Restocking fees may apply in some cases

  • Items bought on sale or with the use of the disount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.

To request a return, please contact us first, quoting your order number, and attach a photo/video of the fault. Please ensure you have emailed us before sending your item back - it makes the process easier.
