Rosemary Tea

Rosemary Tea (Rosmarinus officinalis) has throughout history been referred to as a 'memory booster'.
Studies have shown that this herb helps prevent the breakdown of acetylcholine, which is what plays a role in the brain within the areas of reasoning and memory. Increased blood flow to the brain has also been discovered as a result of using this herb.
Also high in anti-oxidants and an anti-inflammatory.

1. Place the herbs in a teapot.
2. After the water is fully boiled, pour it out of the jug and into the teapot.
3. Put the Honey into the teapot if desired.
4. Allow to brew for 5-6 minutes.
