We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders within Australia. Express shipping is also available in Australia for AU$20 per order.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Our products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned in original unused condition

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Faulty items

Our ottomans, pouffes and footstools are genuine handcrafted leather products made in Morocco by artisans using traditional methods. As such, there may be slight imperfections or inconsistencies in the leather and colour. This is not considered a defect but rather part of the character and authenticity of your beautiful, one of a kind piece. However, if your item is faulty on arrival, or should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
