Our products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Faulty items
Our ottomans, pouffes and footstools are genuine handcrafted leather products made in Morocco by artisans using traditional methods. As such, there may be slight imperfections or inconsistencies in the leather and colour. This is not considered a defect but rather part of the character and authenticity of your beautiful, one of a kind piece. However, if your item is faulty on arrival, or should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
