Australia-Wide Delivery – Freight Information

Please review our delivery policy carefully. The delivery fee structure applies to all major cities and large regional centers.

Delivery Timeframes

Once we have confirmed your payment, delivery on ready-made items will take 2~10 business days.  While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but transit time varies based on factors outside our control, such as locations, weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, absence at the delivery address, or other customer-related issues:

• The customer may be responsible for any additional fees related to reshipping or reattempting delivery.

• If the order is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you for redelivery or cancellation of the order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasionally delays may occur:

If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us to investigate. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will either issue a replacement or offer a refund for the lost item(s), subject to our discretion.

All products purchased from our company come with a 1~3 years limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following issues are covered:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty materials or craftsmanship

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

What are not covered under warranty

• Abuse, accidents and improper-use;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Alterations or improper installations;

• Freight, removal and re-installation costs;

• Over exposure to the elements;

• Natural minor fading over time; and

• Improper cleaning and use of chemical

   

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items if customers have changed their mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging

• Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at with your order details.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
