Delivery Timeframes
Once we have confirmed your payment, delivery on ready-made items will take 2~10 business days. While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but transit time varies based on factors outside our control, such as locations, weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, absence at the delivery address, or other customer-related issues:
The customer may be responsible for any additional fees related to reshipping or reattempting delivery.
If the order is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you for redelivery or cancellation of the order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Return Eligibility
