📍 Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be available in your MyDeal order history within 72 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends).

Please monitor the tracking link provided. If you’re not home during delivery, carriers may:

• Leave a calling card

• Attempt redelivery, or

• Request collection from a local depot or collection point

If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, and is returned to us as unclaimed, your order will be refunded minus the cost of outbound freight.

🚫 Undeliverable Areas

Please note we cannot deliver to:

• PO Boxes

• Parcel Lockers

• Australia Post facilities

In addition, the following postcodes are excluded from our delivery service:

❌ Order Cancellations & Amendments

Please be aware that our order processing system is fully automated.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

📦 Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t go to plan. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original, undamaged packaging

• You must provide clear photos showing the item meets the above conditions.

All returns must be pre-approved and sent using our nominated courier. We do not accept returns delivered directly to our warehouse.

⚠️ Note: Photos are used for preliminary assessment. Final eligibility is subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned item.

💰 Refunds & Restocking Fee

Once the item is returned and passes inspection, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The following will be deducted from your refund:

• Original outbound shipping costs

• Return shipping costs (if prepaid by us)

• A 15% restocking fee (minimum $15)

🚫 Items Not Accepted for Change of Mind Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted, even if unopened, for the following:

• Bedding and linen items, including:

  • Pillows

  • Sheets

  • Duvets, quilt covers

  • Mattress protectors

• Furniture that has been assembled or disassembled

• Health and beauty products (e.g. nappies, creams, wipes)

• Items in vacuum-sealed or blister packaging

• Any product that has been used, repackaged, or is not in its original condition

🚚 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide the following:

• Photos of the outer packaging

• Photos clearly showing the damage to the item

Where possible, we will provide replacement parts. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a return and full replacement or refund.

🛠️ Warranty & Faulty Items

All of our products are covered by a statutory warranty under Australian Consumer Law.

If your product develops a fault:

1. Contact us with a detailed description of the issue

2. Include supporting photos or video

We will assess the claim and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

🛑 Faults caused by misuse, weather damage, or commercial use are not covered unless otherwise specified.

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty — we recommend registering your product on the manufacturer’s website where applicable.
