Thermotouch 4.3dC is a dual thermostat that can control your underfloor heating and electric towel rail or mirror demister.
Thermotouch has been redesigned to deliver an easy to use electric underfloor heating thermostat that has all the functionality required yet is simple to operate.

Dual relay controls
Thermotouch 4.3dC features two independent relays which allows you to control your underfloor heating and towel rail on separate on/off heating schedules.

Economical heating schedule
Set up an energy efficient, on demand heating schedule for your underfloor heating and an optional additional appliance.

Smart boost settings
Override your heating schedule for up to 4 hours with a simple touch of the screen. Thermotouch will then revert back to your heating program.

Multiple sensor compatibility
Thermotouch 4.3dC is compatible with the most popular floor sensor probes on the market, making it suitable to upgrade your current thermostat.

Smart adaptive start
Thermotouch learns how long it takes your floor to heat up and ensures your room is warm exactly when you want it to be.

Flexible heating schedule
Set up a different schedule for everyday of the week or have them all the same.

Returns (Change of mind):

Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase is required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense.

All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.

In transit Damages or Missing Goods:

If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online immediately of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement.

Delivery Policies:

Brands Direct Online deliver to all Australian Capital Cities and Major Regional Centres. However, a surcharge may apply for WA, NT, TAS & some Remote and Regional Areas, please contact us with your Address (postcode included).

Only ship within Australia.
Delivery is via Australia Post or Third party couriers such as Direct Freight, Jets Couriers, Startrack and TNT/Fedex Australia.
Delivery is Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM ONLY, DELIVERY IS TO DOOR ONLY
Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist driver in unloading, the delivery driver will not carry large items up or downstairs
Products must be signed for at time of delivery. Alternatively, buyer may request an authority to leave (ATL) your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Any "out of stock" items will be back ordered and you will be advised of an ETA at time of purchase.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available.
