The ECO concept of this dehumidifier series by Trotec facilitates both: By focussing on the essentials the TTK 380 ECO takes a pass on unnecessary decorative accessories in favour of more advantageous properties for non-destructive continuous dry keeping and dehumidification operations. Behind the robust steel construction in carriage design, a powerful rotary piston compressor ensures a high dehumidification performance. And combined with its professional hot gas defrost system the TTK 380 ECO can impress with a high drying capacity even at low room temperatures.

The transportation from one operating site to another can be accomplished both effectively and safely, for owing to large wheels and the convenient push handle the TTK 380 ECO handles even difficult courses across construction sites in a breeze. Two integrated cable holders and a plug holder make sure that no trip hazards are created.

To determine the period of application, the TTK 380 ECO comes equipped with an operating hours counter. Furthermore, a connection socket for an external hygrostat permits the humidity-dependent device control. Along with the external condensate drain this renders the TTK 380 ECO an ideal dehumidifier for longer unattended drying applications in automatic operation.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address at their expense, ensuring it retains its original packaging and remains unused to qualify for a refund, store credit, or replacement. Upon inspection by our staff and confirmation of eligibility for a refund, store credit, or replacement, the applicable option will be provided. Please note that restocking fees are applicable in this process.

Manufacture Defect and Couriers Damage

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Hydro Experts stands behind its products by offering a full refund or replacement of the faulty item. We strongly advise customers to inspect their delivered products promptly. Should any defects be detected, we urge customers to notify us immediately, preferably with accompanying photographic evidence for swift resolution. Upon contact, we will provide customers with pre-paid shipping labels, relieving them of any shipping costs. Once our staff verifies the defect, eligible customers will receive a refund, store credit or a replacement.

Regrettably, Hydro Experts cannot assume responsibility for products damaged due to customer mishandling, such as breakage, dropping, or spillage. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.
