Shipping Policy for Lullaby Threads
We offer shipping within Australia and internationally. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Domestic Shipping within Australia:
Please note that all shipping times are estimates, and Lullaby Threads is not responsible for any delays due to customs or other factors outside our control.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number, so they can track their package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and secure.

Returns and Exchanges
At Lullaby Threads, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.
Change of Mind Return
Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a restocking fee of $5 will be charged on each item returned.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-8 business days after reviewing the goods received. Refunds will only be credited to the card of the purchaser.
Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of shipping for the new item. However, we recommend that you include an express post bag with your address on it, to avoid the additional shipping charges for exchange.
Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will process your exchange within 7-8 business days after reviewing the goods received.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us. Once we receive the faulty item, it will be assessed by our team, and if it qualifies as faulty, we will refund the full purchase price.
