• Express shipping within Australia Avaiable on all orders and Flat $35 for all orders $200 or above, and estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days.

Shipping to New Zealand:

• Standard shipping to New Zealand : & Free Shipping over $200. 

• Estimated delivery times for New Zealand shipping will vary depending on the destination.

International Shipping:

• International shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Exact shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

At Lullaby Threads, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return

Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags still attached.

• The item(s) must not have been washed or worn.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

If you are returning an item for a refund, please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, a restocking fee of $5 will be charged on each item returned.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-8 business days after reviewing the goods received. Refunds will only be credited to the card of the purchaser.

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags still attached.

• The item(s) must not have been washed or worn.

Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your exchange. 

If you would like to exchange an item, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of shipping for the new item. However, we recommend that you include an express post bag with your address on it, to avoid the additional shipping charges for exchange.

Once we receive your exchanged item(s), we will process your exchange within 7-8 business days after reviewing the goods received.

If you received a faulty item, please contact us. Once we receive the faulty item, it will be assessed by our team, and if it qualifies as faulty, we will refund the full purchase price.
