Note: VAVA USB C hubs do not support iPad Pro 2018.

PD Power Delivery

Power is shared between all dock-connected USB-C devices and adjusted based on needs.

The hub delivers about 49W for charging a connected laptop and 11W for powering the hub when connected to a 60W power input.

Delivers about 29W for charging the connected laptop and 11W for powering the hub when connected to a 40W power input.

4K Video Adapter

Simply connect with the HDMI port and you can enjoy Ultra HD (4K) at 30Hz or Full HD (1080p) at 60Hz with high definition audio instantly.

4K capable display and HDMI 2.0 cable are required to achieve 3840 x 2160 resolution.

Gigabit Ethernet Port

A stable, reliable web access of up to 1Gbps is granted with the supplied Gigabit Ethernet port.

1Gbps LAN port of the router and CAT5e cable and high speed Ethernet driver are required to get 1Gbps.

Warranty Policy

For our branded products, we have different warranty period between 18-24 months for differnt brand. If there is any issue with the product, we will assist the customer first for trouble shooting. We may ask customer to send us a video or ask them to return the item back to us for testing. If the product is faulty and under warranty condition, we will process the replacement unit for the customer.

Returns Policy

We accept the return item in original package and resellable condition, 20% restocking fee may be applied. If there is any damage on product package/product, or the item has been used and not in resellable condition, we may refuse to accept return. We offer 30 days for Change of Mind return.
