High-Res Audio

The WiiM Mini supports playback of Hi-Res lossless audio content from services such as TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Deezer and more. It supports up to 192kHz, 24-bit audio output via the optical line out.

The integrated TI stereo DAC provides high quality analogue audio output with 106-dB SNR, and -92dB THD+N performance, outstanding in all audio categories.

Gapless Playback

Precise gapless playback can be very important to your listening experience. With precise gapless playback, the playback timing is guaranteed to be identical to the source. The WiiM Mini will not introduce gaps or overlaps (crossfading) between successive "continuous" tracks such as live recordings or concept albums.

Easy Setup

Connect the WiiM Mini to your stereo system using AUX OUT (not AUX IN) or SPDIF and plug in the USB cable to the Type-C power port.

Download the "WiiM Home" App (iOS and Android supported).

Connect your mobile device to the 2.4G/5 GHz WiFi network (5 GHz preferred).

Open the "WiiM Home" App, click "Add device", and follow the in-app instructions.

Multiroom and stereo pairing

The WiiM Mini features perfect audio synchronization and seamless device control via the companion App allowing you to group multiple devices together to create a complete connected system throughout your home. Through careful hardware and software optimisation, the WiiM Mini can achieve less than 150uS (0.00015s!) synchronisation accuracy among speakers as long as the speakers are on the same wireless network. Thus, your speaker system can be located wherever your Wi-Fi network covers.

In addition, you can join two speakers each connected to a WiiM Mini as a stereo pair for a wider, more immersive sound stage.

Auto calibration of audio delay

Any connected receiver or speaker may introduce audio path latency due to the different hardware, software or DSP processing involve in that device. To maintain the synchronisation of each system, the WiiM mini can measure the audio path delay automatically. By leveraging the on-device microphone and proprietary algorithm, the entire audio path latency is measured automatically when it's connected with a receiver or speaker. The latency value will be adjusted to maintain the perfect audio synchronisation in wireless multi-room or multi-channel playback.

Adaptive EQ

When the WiiM Mini's Adaptive EQ is enabled, the music genre information and other tags included in the audio content's meta data are used to adjust the EQ in real time - either bringing rich audio to capture every music detail or making human voices clearer in podcasts.

Incorrect Item Sent

In the unlikely event you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately of receipt and we will organise delivery of the correct item. We will despatch the correct item to you immediately upon notification of the error. We will then organise the return of the incorrect item to us at no cost to you.

Incorrect Item Ordered

We offer an exchange or refund if you have purchased an incorrect item.

If you've ordered an incorrect item, we will happily exchange it for the correct item or offer a refund for the cost of the item ordered.

Please contact us to organise your exchange within 30 days of receiving the item, and return it to us within 30 days.

Any postage costs incurred from the return of the goods for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Any difference in price for an exchanged item will need to be paid in full by the customer upon request of the exchange.

We will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive your returned goods.

Unwanted Items/Change of mind

For unwanted items we offer either an exchange or a refund if you change your mind.

If you decide that you do not want the item that you have purchased, then you may return it to us subject to a few conditions:

Please contact us to request the return within 30 days of receiving the item, and return the item to us within 30 days.

Any postage costs incurred from the return of the unwanted item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

All unwanted items should be returned unused in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

We will not be able to process an exchange or refund until the returned item has been received and processed by our Returns Department.

We do not charge a restocking or handling fee.

Please note: if any item is not returned in original condition, or is returned with any part of the packaging missing, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund. This includes items that have had shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging.

We are either the manufacturer or authorised reseller of all the products listed under our Selby brand name and you can be assured every item is genuine and brand new unless specifically described otherwise. Every product we sell includes at least a 12 month warranty (eg: electrical products) and many of our products include a lifetime warranty. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
