All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped.
Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

(1) 14 DAYS EFFORTLESS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products in brand new, unopened condition with full original packaging may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
We will replace your product if the original item had a manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
Please contact us by leaving a message first for detailed guidance on return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.
(2) Return & Exchange Requirements
Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase. This product is covered by the Customer Charter and comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This product also comes with a manufacturer warranty.
1. The product must be returned in a brand new, unused condition with the full original packaging.
2. Return items must be shipped to our designated shipping address.
3. Returns must include all accessories.
4. For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, we will refund the cost of the product itself.
5. Please contact us with the following information for verification: (a) 12-digit serial number (you can find it at the bottom of the unit); (b) Invoice or receipt includes purchasing platform and date; (c) Detailed problem description.
We shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above 1-5 requirements.
(3) WARRANTY POLICY
We warrants our hardware products against defects in materials and quality under regular use for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the end-user purchase. If you have any questions about claiming your warranty, please contact us ASAP by leaving a message. Warranty Claim for Quality Issue Within ONE YEAR
1. For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished unit of equal value.
2. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item

Please note that buyer in the following situations will cover shipping costs:
(a) Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
(b) Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
(4) Not Covered Under XGIMI Warranty:
(a) Items purchased from unauthorised resellers.
(b) Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
(c) Lost or stolen products
(d) Products that have expired the warranty period
(e) Non-quality-related issues (after 14 days of purchase)
(f) Repaired or disassembled by 3rd parties other than Coodoo Home.
(g) Damage caused by force majeure such as accident, disaster or war.
(h) Damage caused by misuse behaviours, misuse behaviours include：
(i) Collision and burning accidents caused by human-made but not caused by product quality problems occur.
(j) products that have been modified, repaired, or upgraded firmware on one’s own or by a third party not authorized by Coodoo Home.
(k) Damage caused by modifying, repairing, or upgrading firmware on one’s own or by a third party not authorized by Coodoo Home.
(l) Damage caused by other accessories used simultaneously with the product but not included in the product packaging.
(m) Damage caused by using without following instructions.
(n) The serial number, factory label, warranty certificate and other marks on the product are torn or altered
(o) Damage caused by misusing, collision, dropping, extreme temperatures, negligence, abusing, fluid intake, dampness, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, and operating devices improperly.
