I'm using this barrier to keep my little dog away from the front door...he has an awful habit of bolting out and running away when people arrive. It's compact, so I can fold it up and just keep it near the door, but it's quick and easy to pull out and position when needed. I wanted a white one to look nice and fit in with the white painted decore, and I'm very happy with my choice. My dog did try to jump on it and it did move a little bit (it's resting on my tiled floor) but if anything, that deterred him! When I use it, I position a potted plant against each end and that keeps the barrier still.
