Also includes the Xbox Rechargeable Battery Pack that lets you play without using disposable batteries. Introducing regrind1, a process of mechanically recycling leftover Xbox One generation controller parts into a raw material that can be partially used to create new controllers - while maintaining durability and performance. Additionally, post-consumer recycled (PCR) resins are incorporated from reclaimed materials like automotive headlight covers, plastic water jugs, and CDs. Mixing PCR resins with regrind consisting of previously moulded coloured parts creates custom, earth-tone colours with subtle variations, swirling markings, and texturing - giving each Remix special edition controller its own look and feel. Plus, keep the action going with the included Xbox Rechargeable Battery Pack and USB-C cable. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
